This project was particularly fun because video games have been such a big part of my life. It's fun to work on something you are so familiar with. 

Overall, the new design makes for a more accessible home page. Allow the users to find their way within the app in a quicker manner. The new design also solves a large amount of the redundant headers and links.

The new retractable side bar offers ways to quickly view notifications and edit your profile while adding more of a personalized look to the app. This alongside the integrated "Friends" pop up, makes Steam feel more personal to the user.
